Ride Leadership Training

The one day course will give you or your staff the skills and knowledge to lead groups on off and on road cycle routes promoting the benefits of cycling to all members of a community.

Trainees will learn about:

  • Role of a Cycle Leader

  • Benefits and Barriers of Cycling

  • Route Planningand Risk Assessing

  • Pre ride information for clients

  • Preparing yourself for the ride

  • Bicycle Check and Helmet check

  • Ride Leadership

  • Ride Tuition

  • Basic Bike Maintenance
