Stolen Bike Found!
Several weeks ago three of our adapted cycles were stolen from our Disability cycle centre in Manchester, one which has now been located!
On Sunday the 2nd October, one of our disability cycling centres in Manchester was broken into where three adapted bikes were stolen. The Boggart Hole Clough centre is one of our most popular sites with hundreds of disabled children and adults taking part in the sessions.
Last week the Velo-plus (wheel chair transporter) was found outside the MEN arena, in need of hundreds of pounds repairs. We are very happy to have retrieved the cycle which is currently unusable, but there are still two other adapted cycles missing, a yellow low-rider Tricycle and a two person blue Joy-rider. You can see pictures of the bike’s above.
We really appreciate all the support we have had from everyone in trying to locate these cycles and it’s fantastic that we have retrieved one of the cycles.
If you hear anything about these bikes please contact our office on 01925 234213 – please help us get our stolen bikes back!
